According to the GDELT project, AKAS pronoun analysis of 5 MILLION ❗ online news articles published in 2023 that refer to AI, only 4% of those news stories centered around women.Men are 3.7 times more frequently quoted in AI news articles in 2023.In 2023, Global media was eight times more likely to quote our friends Musk, Altman, Hinton, Huang, and Brockman “than all 42 women AI experts highlighted in time magazine's top 100 list of AI influencers”. I guess I am a 🎁multi-gifted person🎁. I do “all of the things.” Yesterday was a quintessential “do all of the things” day for me. Thank you to Dr. Thema for expressing what multi-gifted people experience out in the wider world.🎁 I spent time writing;🎁 I provided executive administrative support;🎁 I did a quality control check on my hard copy book shipment for “Use of Self”; and🎁 I supported and affirmed my coaching clients during their sessions.As I wound down my day, I reflected on the fact that I do several different things & I do them well. Almost three months into going on my own full time, I am constantly surprised by how much effort and talent I gave to my former employers – usually without additional compensation or promotion.I now give that effort and talent to myself and my clients.
