You wanna be seen:Working hardOver delivering Doing the mostThat’s nothing but Insecurity Lack of confidence The need for validation That doesn’t get you the life you want And it surely doesn’t produce a RICH life. There are five top stall-out behaviors that most women practice. She...1. is a perfectionist2. needs to control everything3. compares herself to others or to unrealistic standards4. puts everyone's feelings, thoughts, and ideas first 5. hides parts of herself or her personality They're very sneaky and they suck your soul dry. I used to practice all of them. And, the good news? There are opposites that allow you to thrive! If you suspect you're practicing one (or more) please join me this Thursday via Zoom for a free and valuable masterclass. Think about what’s most important in your life.If you’re not at the top of that list, let alone on it, we have a problem.Because you make, create, care, work, earn, organize, serve, lead and accomplish so much. For everyone around you.But when you don’t think of yourself as important - or important enough - and manage your time that way, the flow of your life reflects that. Listen, we hear you, we’re praised most when we care for ourselves the least, right? And we feel guilty or selfish or it feels really hard when we take time to benefit ourselves, our REAL health, happiness, balance and fulfillment. So we bail. It just feels wrong. It’s the cost of ambition, right? But here’s the question: If you thought of yourself as your top priority, or even just a little more important than you do right now, how might you manage your time? Make decisions? Invest in yourself? Show up for yourself? How would you Protect the Asset? If you believed you were The Asset, this wouldn’t be hard. You’d be making sure your needs were metdailybecause you’d BELIEVE you were important. The flow of your commitments and schedule would work in your favor because you would set it up that way.See how it doesn’t start with what you do, which planner you use or time-management hack? It starts with how you think and what you believe about yourself.Meet us on zoom for our next webinar: How to Have More Time and Energy Without Rearranging Your Schedule (at first).https://lnkd.in/grEJMcuc In 45 minutes, we’ll show you how (our) coaching helps clients actually create more time in their days, weeks and life.Saygoodbyeto catastrophizing and dwelling, self-doubt, resentment, procrastination and doingtheirwork - andhelloto peaceful commutes, leaving work at work, presence with loved ones and energy for what matters most. It's a big part of actually enjoying the life you work so hard to create. #coaching #energy #webinar

Bring a solution to a problem inside your organization in 2024 (that actually works 😁)I am sharing a recent testimonial from an employee of one of the firms I recently worked with for a few reasons...1.Obviously, I am proud of it and the success it created at the organization :)2.Many people think I only work with men, when in fact some of my biggest transformations inside of a corporate setting have been with women, like this was.3.She highlighted the low intensity, "meet you where you're at" approach that my executive program provides busy professionalsNothing we teach takes away from your ability to be an elite professional, parent or spouse... in fact, it only enhances it 🚀4. We focus on long term, identity based behavior change that pushes past fad diets, no-alcohol challenges and intense workouts...So that you can change your life, for the rest of your life!! 📈Take yourself, a small team inside your company, or your entire organization to the next level in 2024Find out more about what we do here 👇https://lnkd.in/gpBc4CdZ#executivecoaching#executivecoach#corporatewellness#corporatewellnessprogram#busyprofessionals#workplacewellness#ceocoach#ceocoaching

Many women try to integrate their personal desires into their careers, only to discover that the business's fiery demands hog both their time and energy. This happens all while our wishes play a thrilling game of hide-and-seek in the background. When we navigate business with our wants LAST, we end up working more and invite burnout and overwhelm into the equation. If working fewer than 40 hours a week aligns with you, just know that it's entirely possible. Here's how: we recommend starting with this 'book of desires' exercise.✅ Set aside 30 minutes to let your thoughts flow freely about how you envision your life. ❌ Don't let your inner critic dismiss any ideas; write them down regardless. Your mind tends to resist change, but allowing your deepest desires to surface is crucial. ✅ Consider doing this exercise with a Power Partner or a business bestie to keep the ideas flowing. We'll dive into the second part of this exercise next Thursday, so be sure to keep following. For now, I'll leave you with one thought:"My goal is no longer to get more done but rather to have less to do." - Francine Joy#thedamesllc #workless #takeaction #womensupportingwomen #womeninbusiness #peertopeersupport #damespowerpartners #getoutofserious

In the pursuit of success, many of us often find ourselves trapped in the endless cycle of work, work, work...As driven women, it’s easy to lose sight of the forest for the trees, prioritising our business goals over our personal well-being. But overwork is NOT a badge of honour. It's an SOS for help.Allowing the scales to tip too far towards work can have dire consequences. On a professional front, it can muddle your decision-making abilities, hinder creativity, and even affect team dynamics. On the personal side it leads to emotional exhaustion, distancing from loved ones, and neglected self-care.But there's a way out.Introducing our "Mind Your Own Business" online workshop, Thursday 2nd November 6pm-9pm via Zoom.Tailored for visionary women like you, this workshop will provide you with the tools to design a work-life balance that promotes both business growth and personal well-being.Prepare yourself for a transformation that leaves you rejuvenated and more aligned with your goals.Because true success isn’t just about achieving your professional goals… it’s about leading a fulfilled life.Secure your seat: https://jtil.academy/myob/Let's redefine success together.#womenempoweringwomen #womenhelpingwomen #womenatwork
