Have you ever gotten sick and THEN realized you were stressed and burnt out?I have found in my experiences and research that many folks do not realize they are in chronic stress mode & burnout until it is too late.Of course, the signs are there.Yet, sometimes they can be tough to see, especially if we are wrapped up in our busy lives of momentum. When burnout arrives at your doorstep, it often takes significant time & strategy to shift out of it. So, why not prevent it from having to knock on your door in the first place?✊Symptoms of Burnout on the Horizon:Lethargy & ExhaustionHypersensitivityChronic Gut AchesConsistent Poor MoodsHighly EmotionalNegative Impact of Burnout:Lack of Motivation & DriveLack of FocusPerformance SuffersRelationship StrainHealth is JeopardizedOne of the simplest and most profound ways to remain free of this reality is to time block specific points throughout your day to get off your devices entirely.🤯And completely stay off them first thing in the morning and 2 hours before sleep.I know you have heard this thousands of times! I am only reiterating it because I KNOW it works. Your brain and senses are begging for reprieve from information overload.🧠✨Drop a ✌🏻 if this resonates!

Remain in wonderment.Never lose your zest for this life.Follow the sparks, the flames, the fires, the goosebumps, the thumping heart, the tears of everything beyond just sadness.Life is a snap of the fingers. A blink of an eye. It might be 10-140 years long. Now reflect on an ancient tree. Over 1,000 years old. It has you beat. And remember, time is a construct. Age is a number. Imagine you did not know the time or your age. Live from that place. Wonderment, curiosity, presence, joy-filled, ease, peace and freedom. Stop chasing. Start living. Now is now and it is all here. You are staring it in the face.

The number one way of becoming detached from your body is through burnout, anxiety & chronic stress.Reflect on that. Recall times in your life when you felt a lack of sensuality, shortened breath, a worried mind or even a lack of self confidence.A beautiful result of overcoming burnout and returning back to your vital & successful self is this concept of “embodiment.”Em.bod.i.ment: A tangible or visible form of a feeling. Can you remember a time in your life when your whole body truly felt relaxed? Maybe you just got out of a hot spring, a bath, or just had a massage. It is a quality of fullness, wholeness, settled & relaxed just as you are. If this concept seems foreign, it doesn’t have to be. You can be embodied everyday and people will start walking up to you and saying, “You look so relaxed. What have you been doing?” This is another way of saying, “You look amazing and I love your energy!”You can spend minutes of each day inviting embodiment into your life. If you want to know how, drop a “🤍“.

I am not sure if I have ever formally introduced myself here.So here I go…Hi! My name is Deanna. I currently reside in the PNW & am originally from NH & ME. I have been teaching Yoga since 2009 & am also a Wellness/Longevity Coach.I created ‘The Zen Path to Radiant Health,’ a protocol/mentorship to Recover from Burnout, Chronic Illness & to completely Exalt your Performance on all levels. I am a madly passionate being when it comes to all things wellness, longevity, mindfulness & living life from that inherent place of freedom & joy.I believe each of us can access & eternally live from that inner wellspring of steady, vital & loving energy. It is inherent within each of us. Sometimes, layers that are not our own pile up and we may forget what we are fully capable of. My life’s work is to be a catalyst for folks to remember & return to that vital wellspring. That you don’t need as much as you think to get there. That it is closer than you could ever imagine. And once you tap back in, your world will transform.⚡️✨Do not hesitate to say “Hello!”🤍My door is open and I look forward to our connection.🌹

Long list, I know. This is because chronic stress, trauma & burnout are at the root of all imbalance & illness. It is fascinating how many of us follow the protocol of exercising & pushing more when we are burnt out & exhausted.Inevitably our body will produce adrenaline & cortisol during exercise and excess doing…This false-sense of energy will inevitably create an imbalance in hormone levels. One must be strategic when approaching chronic stress and stress recovery. If you resonate with these symptoms, your best bet would be to take it easy, nourish & properly recover. You will experience the most positive results in your system if you learn how to skillfully take care of yourself. This is what “From Survivin’ to Thrivin’” is all about!A 4 week mastermind to transform your chronic stress into Unconquerable Health & High Performance! We begin 5/22. Link in below to sign up! You do not HAVE to attend the live sessions. Each call will be recorded & you will have access for life.https://wp.me/Pddclu-Gr

There is a true story about a group of kids that were captured and were kept in an underground hole for over 24 hours until they finally escaped. What ended up happening when they were down in this hole is that the hole started to cave in on them and they thought they were not going to make it.Most of these kids went into an Immobilized state called, “The Freeze State.” Animals also do this right before their predator captures them. They completely freeze and act dead while their nervous system is still on full throttle. This is a mode of survival. One last chance to not be swept away by their predator. If the prey being chased can actually escape this impending doom of death, it then shakes off this immobilizing state & continues on with its life as if nothing happened.Okay, back to the story of the kids…One of the kids trapped in the hole decided to put things into action and use his internal panic for construction. He did everything in his power to get himself and everyone else in the hole out.And because he allowed this panic, which could have turned into trauma, to move through his system, he was impacted the least (traumatically speaking) then the rest of the bunch that sat still & frozen. This brings us back to the body as a tool to discharge panic & fury. To allow it to move through us rather than latch on and get caught in our nervous system to only result in symptoms of chronic stress & even disease.I will dive deeper into bodily techniques to move through tension, worry & anxiety in my 4 week “From Thrivin’ to Survin’” Mastermind. To join us, Tap the link below & Sign Up.💥You’ve got one tool to throw in your back pocket! When in doubt, shake it out!https://lnkd.in/gySz2MRd

In my opinion, one of the best compliments to receive is, “you are so relaxed.”😌I remember when folks used to ask me, “Deanna, do you ever just relax and not do anything?“ I used to pride myself, saying, “No, I always have to be moving.“I’ll never forget the day when I realized my edginess and anxiety had dissolved. I was OK with the way that everything Was and Is. My inherent inner calm returned to the surface when I let go of control, found joy in the little things, spent more of my time in nature & gave to myself the love that had been missing. If you’d like to join us in my 4 week mastermind & become your relaxed, easeful & powerful self again..Tap the link below.🤍❤️https://wp.me/Pddclu-Gr
