When my Mom and I opened Pet Empawrium in October, 2002, we knew that we would be dealing with the cream-of-the-crop when it came to canine & felinefur-children's "parents." What we weren't prepared for was the emotional support, education, love and friendships that Pet Empawrium's customers would award us. You are the world's best customers. Mom and I couldn't have imagined better! We want to thank you all!
You caught me when I vaulted over the counter. You came in after business hours, turned off the "O-paw-n" sign and made Mom and I go home. You singled out my furless-brother, Sean, to help you, which has built his confidence. You walked me when my Mom was swamped. You ran after me when I open the door to go for a joy-walk! You stayed with me when my Mom had to find Shilo when she went for her joy-walk. You trusted us to help you find your missing fur-children. You shared your experiences with us, from foxtails to cancer so that we can help others. You taught us about new foods, supplements, therapies, alternatives, treats, and toys. You have trusted us enough to refer your family, friends, neighbors, and even fur-child parents you meet on trails and in parks! But most of all, you have trusted us to help you help your fur-children find and maintain health and wellness. What incredible gifts!
